ASTA (American Spice Trade Association) rating indicates the color value of the chilli. Higher ASTA = brighter red. SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) indicates the chilli’s heat/spiciness.

Chilli Powder & Crushed Chilli (Flakes)

Our Chilli Powder is made by grinding select varieties under controlled temperatures to retain capsaicin (heat) and ASTA color.

  • Fine Grind (100 mesh) – Used in spice blends, ready-to-eat foods, snacks
  • Coarse Grind (40–60 mesh) – Suitable for marinades, rubs, and pickling
  • Crushed Flakes – Used in pizza toppings, seasoning blends, and processed meats
